|Changes to Briefing Schedule for Social Security Cases|
Please note there are two important changes from previous briefing schedules in social security cases.
(1) A stipulation of facts is now required, seventy-five days after the filing of the order setting the briefing schedule.
(2) All briefing deadlines will now run from the filing of the briefing schedule, and not change based on the filing of party briefs. For example, if a party files their brief early, the next brief due date will not move up, it will remain fixed per the briefing schedule.
If you have any questions about this new briefing schedule order, please feel free to contact the Clerk's Office.
