Help Desk/Technical Support

The Clerk's Office is available Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

If you are calling before 8:00 AM or after 4:30 PM, you may leave a voice mail message with your name,  phone number and a brief description of what you need, and the Clerk's Office will return your call during business hours.

You may also email your question to the help desk at:  ecfhelp@iand.uscourts.gov and the Clerk's Office will respond during business hours.
