Audio from public court hearings may be accessible on the public court docket. The MP3 audio file is attached inside the PDF file on the docket.

The PDF on the docket must be downloaded and opened locally (ideally in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader).

1. Log into CM/ECF through PACER

2. Open the docket sheet for the applicable case

3. Find the entry you are trying to access. Click on the docket number hyperlink to open the PDF document

4. Right click on the PDF document and save it to your computer

5. You can now minimize the CM/ECF window

6. Open the saved PDF document on your computer using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat

7. Click the paperclip to view the attachments in the PDF

8. Right-click the attachment and select Save As. Save the file to a convenient location

9. Access and open the audio file
