What can I do if my login and password do not work?

If you have not yet linked your CM/ECF account and your PACER account because you cannot remember your CM/ECFlogin and/or password, you may contact the Clerk's Office or complete the  CM/ECF Online Password Reset Form.

If you have linked your CM/ECF account and your PACER account, and are having trouble with loggin in, you will need to contact PACER directly at 800 676 6856.  The Clerk's office cannot assist you with PACER login and password issues.
