The Northern Disrict of Iowa is now a NextGen CM/ECF court. You will are now required to have an individual PACER account  to access our CM/ECF filing system.  PACER requires you to link your PACER account to your CM/ECF account. By doing so, you will no longer need to have a CM/ECF login. Each time you want to access the court, you will use your PACER login and password or Central Sign On (CSO) information.  You will be able to link your PACER account to each court across the country that has upgraded to NextGen CM/ECF..
